AWARD-WINNINGg and men of the moment, Jah Prayzah and Zim Dancehall star Winky D are billed for an explosive all-night performance in Bulawayo on 30 April.

The show has been dubbed the Zima award winners show. This would be the first time the two share the stage in Bulawayo. The show is being organised by entertainment newcomers N Entertainment.

“We are sorting out the logistics but the show is definitely on. This is a must attend show, as it features the best musicians in Zimbabwe at the moment,” said Byron Rice, the director of the company.

Jah Prayzah and Ninja president Winky D, were neck on neck — scooping two awards apiece at the 15th edition of the National Arts Merit Awards (Nama) held at the 7 Arts Theatre in Harare in February.

Jah Prayzah and Winky D were the biggest winners at the awards ceremony, making them the most sought after artistes in Zimbabwe.

Rice added that the show was a platform for them to be honoured by their Bulawayo fans.

“Contrary to what people believe that they only have a huge following in Harare, they also have a huge following in Bulawayo. We want to honour them at this show,” he said.
