Jah Prayzah’s special dedication

Entertainment Reporter
Jah Prayzah’s end of year show at Harare International Conference Centre will be a special dedication to his fans as a way of thanking them for the support in one of his most successful years of his career, the musician has revealed. Jah Prayzah said 2013 shaped his career and made him one of the top musicians in the country when some of the artistes he worked with in the primary years of his career are still struggling to get recognition.

The gangly musician will share the stage with Oliver Mtukudzi and Douglas Chimbetu at the New Year’s Eve gig.

He said he is looking forward to more achievements before the end of the year considering his videos of the album “Tsviriyo” are likely to pose serious competition in the Video of the Year contest.

Jah Prayzah said fans had rallied behind him in special way this year and he has every reason to celebrate with them.
“When we converge at Harare International Conference Centre on December 31, we will have a special programme for our fans,” he said.

“We have to thank them in a special way because they have made this year a prosperous one for us.
“It has been a good year and we owe everything to our fans. We could not be here without them and we are saying this show is a special dedication to you.

“We will have many prizes to give-away and we will have a unique approach to the show. Fans will have a bigger hand in our performance that day. What the fans request for is what we will do at that show.”
