JAH Prayzah is bracing for a stage reunion with Patoranking at the upcoming Youth Connect Africa Summit in Uganda.

The summit will run from October 13 to 15 in Kigali.

In an interview, Jah Prayzah’s manager, Keen Mushapaidze, said all was set for the event and the band is ready to impress their fans in the foreign land.

“We have a performance on the 14th (tomorrow) and we have travelled as the full band.

“We have always delivered the best and that is what 3G The Band is known for.

“We promise the music lovers in Rwanda the time of their lives and a glimpse of what Zimbabwe has to offer,” he said.

Jah Prayzah, who already has a song with Patoranking, said if any chance rises, to make another hit with the Nigerian singer, he will embrace it.

“We did a song with Patoranking already but if another opportunity for a good song arises, definitely we will push for it,” added Mushapaidze.

The group will be performing in Uganda for the first time.

Patoranking was recently under fire after his photo, with a notorious kidnapper, circulated on social media.

Born Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie,

was heavily criticised after a photo of him with notorious kidnap kingpin, John Lyon, popularly known as ‘Lion.’

 

Naija News had earlier reported that Lyon was arrested in Abuja by the Federal Capital Territory Police Command.

 Following his arrest, multiple photos of the kidnapper from his normal life surfaced; one of which includes a photo together with the singer, Patoranking hanging and having fun in a club.

The photo generated a barrage of reactions with many slamming the superstar for associating with someone like John Lyon.

Another user Maryokonye wrote; ‘People are just making noise. Most of the boys that all our celebrities pose with are into fraud and crime. All the clubs in Lagos are full of them. Even your fav celebs are into fraud.’
