Jairos Jiri Kadoma lead Danhiko race

THE 28th edition of the Danhiko Annual Paralympics Games concludes today with Jairos Jiri Kadoma leading the race for honours.

At the close of play last year’s runners-up were on 90 points while defending champions Henry Murray School had amassed 72 points.

In third position is M.Hugo High with 57 points while 2014 champions Copota High are on fourth position with 44 points.Tournament director Elford Moyo is impressed by the high level of competition on show.

“The games are going on well and we expect that they will end well too,” he said.

“We have seen an improved and higher level of competition this year and our wish is that these games will churn out paralympians who will go on and win medals for Zimbabwe on the international stage.”
