‘Jerusarema’ DVD launch on tomorrow

Mukudzeyi Mukombe, widely known as Jah Prayzah, has showed his strength in videos and he is likely to maintain the status through his new DVD “Jerusarema” that will be launched tomorrow at Ster Kinekor movie house in the capital. In the past the musician has managed to capture the attention of people from all ages with his videos that has seen him and the producer William ‘Slimaz’ Magombedze bagging numerous awards.

“Jerusarema” has been considered as one of the best albums released this year. From the twelve tracks the musician picked “Jerusarema”, “Chimane”, “Tiise Maoko”, “Ndoenda”, “Eriza” and added a bonus track “Helo”. Through his manager Keen Mushapaidze the musician said they have made wide consultations with their fans in coming up with the list.

“We have been consulting our fans on which song to put on the DVD and we have done our best to give the market quality product,” he said. The musician shot his videos in different parts of the country.

“We have shot these videos in Harare, Kariba, Vumba and other parts of the country,” he said. “If you look at the quality of the videos then you will be convinced how we are eager to go beyond borders with our work.”

The song “Jerusarema” has managed still the hearts of many music lovers with its traditional feel. After the DVD launch the musician will be in for another gig that has been tagged “Fill up HICC” that takes place on December 31.

Various musicians will partner Jah Prayzah and the concert that is set to usher fans into 2016 on an entertainment note.
