Musician Jeys Marabini has scheduled a “Meet the People” Tour in Harare from April 28 to May 1st.
Marabini’s first stop will be at Theatre in the Park before meeting fans at Ruwa’s Red Eagle on April 29.
The tour will also see the star performing at Bar Rouge on April 30 and PJC Restaurant on May 1.
It has been long since the Bulawayo based musician last toured the capital and his intensions to do so has since attracted interests from his followers.
The musician is also proud to have won his fight against haemorrhoids, a condition which affected his progress for the past decade and the condition even worsened last year forcing him to put down his guitar.
His latest offering, Xola, is doing well with songs like Thula Sizwe, Bambolwami, Skin Colour featuring Tariro Ne Gitare making waves.
The award winning artist was in January this year honoured with a life time achievement for his contribution to the local arts.
To date, Marabini has travelled and performed in America, Austria, India, Canada, South Africa and more and the “Meet the People” tour is his way of saying “Thank you for the love and support”.
