FOUR people were injured yesterday in a road traffic accident at the Mabvuku turn-off just a day into H-Metro’s campaign for authorities to deal with the death trap.

A Toyota Prado collided with a Nissan Bluebird leaving four nursing injuries.

The accident happened during the morning peak hour just a few weeks after four people perished at the same spot.

The Toyota Prado driver was driving along Mutare Road from Harare.

His car slammed into the driver’s door of the Nissan Bluebird.

The vehicles were towed to Mabvuku Police Station.

Meanwhile, Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, said Wilson Marimba of Emerald Hill is wanted for driving without due care.

Samuel Nkoma of Braeside Social Complex is also wanted for the same offence.

“Police are also appealing from the public to help in locating Tevan Ndukuhla of Greendale for assault charges,” said Insp Chakanza.
