THE Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced dates for the series against Zimbabwe, made up of two Tests as well as three Twenty20 Internationals to be staged in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates next month.
On Tuesday, the ACB announced that the matches will take place from 2 to 20 March in UAE. Previously, the ACB had chosen Oman as the venue for the five fixtures but have now opted for the UAE.

“As per the Future Tours Program (FTP), Afghanistan Cricket Board will host Zimbabwe for two test and three T20 series which will (be) held from 2nd to 20th March 2021 at UAE. The matches are part of the bilateral series between the two countries,’’ said the ACB.
It will be the first time that Zimbabwe and Afghanistan will play each other in Test cricket since the Afghans got the green light to play the longer version of the game in June 2017.
