JUST IN: Couple arrested for selling marijuana and illegal medicine at home

A Zvishavane couple has been arrested after they were found in possession of 35 kilograms of dagga and illegal medicines at their house.

Cliff Mutenda (33) and his wife Revet Mahat (28) appeared before Zvishavane Magistrate Mr Archie Wochiunga facing two counts of unlawful possession of drugs and selling unregistered medicines.

They pleaded not guilty to the charges and were remanded out of custody to February 24 for trial.
