President Mnangagwa is meeting visiting Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov in the Cabinet boardroom at Munhumutapa building.
The meeting is being attended by Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, several Cabinet ministers and members of the Russian delegation.
Several agreements are expected to be signed after the meeting.
