Justin Bieber offered plea to avoid jail time

BEAUTY and a Beat singer Justin Bieber has reportedly been offered a way to avoid jail time, which includes random drug testing around the world and 40 hours of community service.
The 19-year-old singer must meet certain terms if the charges against him for alleged DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and resisting arrest are to be dropped.

According to gossip website TMZ, Florida’s State Attorney has made the offer, which would include the Beauty and a Beat hitmaker being available for random drug testing at any time for the next six to eight months, which would be at his own expense.
Any travel plans would have to be revealed to the authorities so the tests can take place wherever he happens to be.

Other conditions of the offer include 40 hours of community service, attending an alcohol education course and taking a seat on a panel where relatives who have lost people to drink-driving share their stories.

Furthermore, it is said he will have to have an ignition interlock device – a tube used to test his breath and make sure he’s alcohol free – installed in his car for three months.

If Justin agrees to the terms, passes the random drug tests and pleads no contest to a charge of reckless driving, he will most likely be able to avoid being sent to prison. – Bangshowbi
