KELVIN Kaindu is officially the new man tasked with rescuing Dynamos from the jaws of relegation.
The former Highlanders gaffer has agreed to a six-month deal, with a clear mandate — keep the fading giants in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.
A source close to the deal revealed that while Kaindu won’t be on the bench today when Dynamos take on Chicken Inn at Barbourfields Stadium, he is expected to watch from the stands as paperwork for his work permit is finalised.
“It’s a done deal. The contract runs until December. The job is simple — save the club from relegation,” said the insider.
Dynamos are in turmoil after suspending Saul Chaminuka earlier this week without pay, pending a disciplinary hearing.
