Kelly waited 10 years for breast implant

Kelly Rowland has revealed she took breast augmentation advice from Beyonce’s mother. The singer listened to Tina Knowles, the parent of her Destiny’s Child bandmate, and her own mother Doris before going under the knife.Kelly had a boob job when she was (28), which was 10 years after she initially wanted plastic surgery.

“I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyonce’s mom told me to really think about it first,” the now 32-year-old told Shape magazine.

She added: “I took their advice and waited 10 years.”
And even after the X-Factor USA judge made the life-changing decision, she still took plenty of time to prepare herself.

“Once I felt ready, I tried on padded bras and walked around in them to see how it would feel,” she said. “You have to know what you’re getting, no matter what type of surgery it is.”

Kelly covers the magazine’s October issue and shows off her fantastic body while doing so, although the image appears to be somewhat airbrushed.

The star flashes her rock hard abs in a camouflage crop top and a pair of black knickers. Kelly also let the magazine in on her workout regime and explained that she stays in shape with the help of her trainer Jeanette Jenkins.

She said: “I work out five or six times a week. I feel better, look better, sleep better . . . Being fit makes me feel sexy. Isn’t that everyone’s goal when they work out, to look good naked?”

But Kelly admitted that she is working extra hard to keep fit as she ages and said: “As I’m getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt.

“The other day, (my trainer) had me doing squats that were so hard I wanted to kill her. But my behind is getting higher and tighter. Exercise really does change your body.”

And the singer revealed how she manages her food cravings: “When I want a steak, I grill some Portobello mushrooms and put a little goat cheese on them.

“And I’ve learned to satisfy my sweet tooth by replacing Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with half a tablespoon of almond butter on half a banana.” —Daily Mail.
