kickOff apologise

JOHANNESBURG. — KickOff.com would like to apologise to Xolisani Gwesela of ZIFA for a story which appeared on this website on June 16, 2015. The story centred around a car accident in which Willard Katsande, Knowledge Musona and Zimbabwe national team coach Kalisto Pasuwa were allegedly involved in on their way back from their 2-1 African Cup of Nations victory against Malawi.

The journalist in question — Michael Kariati — quoted Gwesela in his capacity as ZIFA spokesperson, but Gwesela denied ever giving the interview.
