HERITAGE School celebrated its head girl, Kimberly Kaseke, who was recognised as the top student in the world for AS Level Business Studies in the 2024 Cambridge November examinations.
Heritage headmaster Mr Crispen Mhike described Kimberly as a dedicated student who exemplifies the school’s commitment to holistic education.
“This award means a great deal, especially coming from Kim, who truly represents what our school stands for. In addition to her academic achievements, Kim is a national rugby player and our head girl, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills,” he said.
“Her involvement in debates highlights her busy schedule, and this award reflects the high-quality education we strive to provide.”
Heritage’s Business Studies teacher Mr Farai Machanja expressed admiration for Kimberly’s performance.
He emphasised the importance of a supportive academic environment that encourages student participation and ensures ample study time, particularly during exam periods.
“At Heritage, we have created a system that promotes learning and gives students the platform to excel,” Mr Machanja said.
Kimberly’s mother, former Kuwadzana Parliamentarian Betty Kaseke, shared her pride over her daughter’s achievements.
“Receiving a top award in the world is a remarkable accomplishment. This should not be taken for granted, as we need to nurture talent within our country. I encourage business organisations to recognise and support her potential.”
Kimberly attributed her success to hard work and commitment, underscoring the value of perseverance in reaching her goals
