AFRO gospel musician King David has officially unveiled the track list of his highly anticipated second album, titled “Revived and Restored,” on his social media platforms.

Formerly known as Baba Harare, the versatile singer remains dedicated to his mission of winning souls for Christ through gospel music.

The album opens with “Level raJosefa,” followed by “24/7,” featuring Tanto Waive and produced by Tadexx Made It.

The third track, “Ndinofara,” features Minister Michael Mahendere and was produced by Nyasha Timbe.

King David also collaborated with Kudzie Nyakudya on the track “Shame on You”. Additionally, he teamed up with psalmist Blessing Shumba for “Muri Mutsvene,” produced by Kuk Beats.

The album includes a collaboration with Zimpraise on the track “Hatirwe Nenyasha,” co-produced by Tadexx Made It and Munichie.

King David has placed great faith in Timbe’s production, as he also produced the closing track “Ngatipembere,” featuring Dorcas Moyo.

Marking a significant milestone in his musical journey, his upcoming album serves as his sophomore gospel offering, showcasing his unwavering commitment to spreading the message of faith and redemption through music.

This latest project follows his highly publicised departure from Jiti music in August of last year.

Scheduled for release on March 7, the “Revived and Restored” album will go head-to-head with Jah Jah Prayzah’s “Mukudzei Ndini” project, set to drop around the same time.

Other artists from various genres are also expected to release their albums within this period, heightening the level of competition in the industry.

In a heartfelt appreciation post shared on social media last year, King David expressed his deep gratitude for the overwhelming support from fans following the release of his previous album.

“I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the warm reception that my last album received,” he humbly acknowledged, clearly moved by the positive response from his loyal followers.

King David has chosen to keep the identities of the supporting acts for his upcoming launch event under wraps.

Despite the air of mystery, the celebrated artist assures fans that he will pull out all the stops to deliver an unforgettable experience, promising to showcase the crème de la crème of the industry.
