THE Zimbabwe Korfball Federation have been granted the opportunity to host the first edition of the Zone Six Under-19 Championships next month.
The championships are scheduled to run from September 26 to 28 at Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex, with seven countries from the region expected to take part in the event. The development comes after the IFK Africa and Zone Six Confederation appointed ZKF to host this prestigious event of korfball.

ZKF secretary general, Ottilia Kurebwaseka said preparations are underway and four countries have confirmed their participation in the tournament.
“It’s supposed to be seven countries but only four have confirmed their participation.”
