THE Zimbabwe Olympic Committee have called on national sport associations to submit their nominations for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Athlete Scholarship Programme.
The process is open until May 28, 2025.
Posting on their official Facebook page, ZOC indicated the nominations are open for first tier and second tier athletes.
“The Zimbabwe Olympic Committee is now accepting athlete nominations for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Athlete Scholarship Programme.
“We’re looking for dedicated athletes in individual Olympic sports with the potential to qualify for LA 2028.
“Nominations are open for both:
“First tier athletes: Proven medal winners and top-eight finishers.
“Second tier athletes: Developing talents with the potential to shine!” reads part of the post.
