Land developer warns of fake cooperatives

Victor Maphosa Mash East Correspondent
Businessman and land developer Mr Kennedy Muraicho has urged Marondera residents to be wary of fake cooperatives, which are selling residential stands to people on behalf of his company, Swandev Private Limited.

He said he was aware of a housing cooperative that was posing as his company’s representatives and swindling people who wanted to buy residential stands in Lendy View Park.

“We own the whole of Lendy View Park, but we have since signed an agreement of sale with Marondera Municipality after it bought the park, so we are requesting all our clients to come to our offices . . .  for updating and regularisation.”
