The Judicial Service Commission has been fined three beasts by Headman Murambinda for constructing a new court house in his area without informing the traditional leadership.
They were also ordered to pay a goat.
Chief Magistrate Mr Mishrod Guvamombe, JSC Deputy Secretary Mr Walter Chikwana together with Provincial Affairs Minister for Manicaland Mandi Chimene pleaded with the traditional leaders for a lighter sentence while seated on the floor.
