MDC-T deputy national chairman Morgan Komichi who is facing allegations of breaking the country’s electoral laws after claiming that he picked a special voting ballot paper from a dustbin at a Harare hotel, was today denied bail for the third time.
Komichi last week made a fresh bail application but Harare magistrate Ms Anita Tshuma ruled that there were no changed circumstances to warrant Komichi’s release.

Ms Tshuma said fears that Komichi would abscond were well founded since he was facing a serious charge adding that the State had a strong case against him. She remanded Komichi, who is being represented by Mr Charles Kwaramba, to August 27 for trial.
