Music legend Leonard Zhakata, cultural outfit Iyasa and dancer-musician Sandra Ndebele have been announced as supporting acts for the upcoming Legends Night set for Bulawayo on June 13.

The celebrated event, which honours Zimbabwean music through performances of timeless local hits, returns to the City of Kings and Queens after a successful debut last year.

Last year’s sold-out edition featured performances by InTotal Band and Iyasa, with artistes paying tribute to legends such as Oliver Mtukudzi, Leonard Dembo and Tongai Moyo, among others. Fusion Band opened the show. One of the standout moments of the night was a surprise performance of Bhulugwe Lami by the Cool Crooners.

The event also attracted artistes including Albert Nyathi, Jeys Marabini and Sandra Ndebele, while veteran musicians were honoured for their immense contribution to Zimbabwean music.

Legends Night has continued to grow into a platform that celebrates timeless local music while connecting generations through culture and entertainment.
