Teens have this thing of swarming on spots they like and this week we xpoz one. A favourite spot with most young people that frequent the CBD is the Harare Main Post Office along Inez Terrace.
While there is an internet café that is responsible for drawing people, there are other cool clothing and gadget shops. It is quite spacious and a great space to just chill with no one chasing you away like what goes on at Joina City. Such hot spots are a fashion hub where you get to check out the latest trends.
Steal this look
Yes stealing a person’s look is allowed; don’t be ashamed if you do that at times. Now what’s hot especially for the girls right now is a look that says less is more. Smokey eyes, gothic nails, and other heavy makeup is quite cool and the lord of Goth Lorde knows that better.
But like we said, sometimes less is more and the way to go especially during the school term. If you are in touch with what is trending on Instagram then you would know that queen Barbie stripped herself off the heavy makeup and freaky hair and rocked a more natural look. She looked cute and as much as we love her dramatic side, we dare you to lay off the shadows and braids too.
Hip-hop movement is influential in teenage fashion. Artistes on the local scene are doing a great job in making their mark through creative designs. Only last week, I spotted a couple of guys who looked good in youthful rapper Tehn Diamond’s “Happy” T shirts. Make a statement with other available brands!
And both guys and girls can add this funky police officer hat. The difference between a hot outfit and an ok one is the presence of funky accessories and this is one of them.

We love 2 Chainz and everything he touches turns to gold. This certainly is the business on hot track “My Story” with R Kelly that is buzzing on urban music programmes. 2 Chains worked his magic on the song and he looked good doing it. Now you did not hear this from us but word on the street says he might just be performing in Zimbabwe in May. The deal has not been finalised but that’s what it is. Sssssssh, like I said, you did not hear it from us.
