WHEN rapper Lil Mars Shex announced his intentions to be part of the Show4me Awards slated for next year, big things were always on the way.

Now, the Johannesburg-based artiste has shared plans to release an EP Next year.

“Before the end of the year, I’m going to drop two singles titled Let’s go to Mars and Keep Calling featuring Lindo Summer. This will pave the way for Pain, Healing and Love, an EP that will have five tracks. The track Let’s go to Mars will take my fans on an excursion of a lifetime to a place they’ve never been before, my Mars” said Shex.

According to the trapper, the projects will centre around the subject of matters of the heart, pain, healing and many intricate issues of life.

“The EP will tell stories to do with love and how it shapes people’s destinies. Love causes a mixed bag of emotions which includes happiness, anger and sometimes healing to a broken soul. It is my hope to heal a broken heart with this project,” said Shex.

He also shared plans to host a show in Bulawayo next year.

“It is my intention to perform for fans from my hometown in Bulawayo and hopefully by then, I’d have bagged my first award,” added the Switch Up singer.

It would be the rapper’s first performance since he left the country last year for greener pastures. – @eMKlass_49
