FORMER Highlanders and Zimbabwe international midfielder Johannes Ngodzo believes little details will be key in their Munhumutapa Challenge Cup third round tie against Jordan in Gwanda on Saturday.
“Little details win matches. We will have to work hard to ensure we progress to the next round of the tournament,” said Ngodzo.
Ngodzo said he has never met Jordan in any match which makes it a difficult tie.
“We are yet to meet them in any match,” said Ngodzo.
Jordan are coached by veteran Johannes Numhwa, who has transformed the team to a championship contender in the Zifa Southern Region.
What has been key for his side is that he has managed to build from players he found at the club towards the end of 2025.
The boys have received motivation by the sponsors’ ability to stick to their bargain of their contracts by being paid on time.
Jordan president Orchard Dube is dreaming big with his project in mind including owning a stadium some day.
