Somizi’s reality show – Living The Dream With Somizi (LTDWS) came to an end on Wednesday night.
From the word go, Somgaga had fans glued to their seats every Wednesday on Mzansi Magic (DStv channel 161) as he gave them a glimpse into his flamboyant life.
LTDWS, which had been showing for the past two months, was undoubtedly a huge hit among viewers who set social media alight every week with comments. This saw the show top the Twitter trends list every Wednesday night.
This was the show where Somizi introduced his daughter Bahumi to the public as well as share an insight of how his friendship with Bonang collapsed. He also went public with his crushes as well as sharing his business deals.
But as it is said, all good things must come to an end – and unfortunately this includes Somgaga’s show.
Before the series aired, Somizi said that fans could expect see everything that makes him “fabulous” – the bling, blood, sweat, fun and everything in between.
And judging by the hype around the show it is safe to say Somizi kept up to his end of the bargain.
Now that the show has officially come to an end, Somgaga took time to thank viewers for the overwhelming support.
“Thank you all for watching. Thank you for allowing me to share a certain percent of my life. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. You made it the success it has been,” said Somgaga.
