ZIFA Southern Region debutantes Blackrock held log leaders Nkayi United to a 0-0 draw at White City Stadium on Saturday.

The result saw Nkayi’s lead reduced to just a point as Bulawayo Chiefs edged Zebra 1-0 across town at Chiefs Village.

Hwange did themselves a favour by beating visiting Mainline 4-0 at the Colliery to cut the points lead to six.

Bulawayo Warriors, still among the favourites, as they are well organised and have a decent squad and a good coach, Roger Ndlovu, kept their fourth position intact despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Victoria Falls Herentals.
