SOUTH Africa-based reggae crooner, Luttan King, says his fan base continues to grow in different countries.
He revealed this after the release of his new song titled Situation In My Yard, which was produced by Malawi’s Grape Records and engineered by Shawn D.
“There has been a great response to my music from various listeners in different countries around the region and the diaspora.
“It’s been a gradual rise and I’m motivated with the progress I’m making,” he said.
The new song also has visuals to accompany it.
“The song is a real life story where one of my neighbours was accused of taking the maid to bed by his wife.
“The incident happened in front of my eyes.
“When the guy was asked, he admitted saying the maid was good hearted, mannered and more beautiful than his wife. It was an incident that inspired me to write a song.
“I wrote the song with the assistance of my cameraman, Keith Bennet, who was also present at the scene of the drama.”
He said reggae music was a genre that will never die.
