Madala Hits gears up for “Impilo” release featuring King Adiza, Nator

Fast-rising Amapiano artiste Madala Hits, born Arshad Mayibongwe Moyo (25), is set to release a single titled Impilo on Saturday.

The track, which features King Adiza and Nator, is produced by Tflow and is expected to further strengthen Madala Hits’ growing presence in the local music scene. Known for blending gospel influences with the energetic sound of Amapiano, the artiste continues to produce music that resonates with both young and mature audiences.

In an interview, Madala Hits said his music is inspired by real-life struggles and the importance of perseverance in difficult times.
“My song talks about the hardships of life. I was inspired by Ntombi Marhumbini, who sang a song called Jelani Jelani. It also touches on xenophobia and how it has affected people trying to make a living,” he said.

Madala Hits began his musical journey in 2023, initially focusing on gospel-infused Amapiano as a way of showing that worship music can thrive within contemporary sounds.
