THE City of Harare has reported a major burst on a water pipeline supplying Waterfalls, resulting in water supply disruptions to the suburb.

In a notice, acting town clerk Advocate Warren Chiwawa said council teams are working around the clock to repair the damaged pipeline and restore normal water supplies.

He appealed to residents in the affected areas to be patient while the repair works are underway.

The areas affected by the burst include Ceres Road, Smuts Road, North Way Road, New Prospect, Prospect Flats, PHD Ministries, and properties located within the George Road and Seke Road corridor.

The City of Harare said every effort was being made to complete the repairs and restore water supplies as quickly as possible.
