Allegations against Tsvangura are that on 4 December 2023 at around 11 pm, detectives from the CID drugs and narcotics were on patrol in Makokoba suburb.

Dagga

The police then noticed a plant of dagga which was in a garden at Tsvangura’s house and they approached her to enquire.

They found her alone at the house, they introduced themselves and told her the purpose of their visit. Tsvangura then uprooted the dagga plant in their presence.

Police detectives then measured the plant and noted that it was 50 centimetres long. This led to the arrest of Tsvangura and the seizure of the dagga plant which was taken to CID drugs and narcotics for further management.
