Malawi President tours Gushungo Dairy Estates and Amai Mugabe Children’s home

President Banda, who has been in the country since Tuesday on a State visit, also toured the Amai Grace Mugabe Junior School in the same area.

Speaking to journalists after touring the projects, President Banda commended the projects saying they were helping ordinary Zimbabweans.

“I also run the Joyce Banda Foundation back in Malawi but with what I have seen here I feel small and inspired,” she said.

“The projects have helped people at the grassroots level and I think it is through such projects that Africa can move forward and prosper.”

President Mugabe, his wife Grace, Cabinet Ministers and senior Government officials were also present during the tour.
