Mamozi drops debut album… musician planning local album tour

CZECH REPUBLIC-based Zimbabwean musician Mamozi has released his debut album titled Gijima.

The album laced with Afro-traditional/contemporary sounds was launched recently in Vienna, Austria and has eight tracks. The tracks which were produced by Mamozi, Mthabisi Moyo and Michal Martinec are Ndimakukondani, Ingoma, Im’thwalo yam, Fight, Gijima, Siyoyoyo, S’khathele and Wongo.

“Finally, I’ve released my debut solo album which is accessible from online music stores that include Spotify, Deezer, iTunes, and YouTube. The album was launched abroad and now we’re preparing for a December tour in Zimbabwe whose dates will be announced in due course,” said Mamozi. – @mthabisi_mthire
