Man found dead on the veranda of an abandoned house

POLICE found the lifeless body of a man with a deep wound on his head on the veranda of an abandoned house.

In a statement, police said Daniel Mpindula (48) was found near Chirigwati Inn, Zengeza on Tuesday.

Police appealed for information that may help with the investigations of the case.

“Police in Zengeza are investigating circumstances surrounding a case of murder in which Daniel Mpindula (48) was found dead on the veranda of an abandoned house near Chirigwati lnn, Mayambara on 23/01/24. The victim had a deep wound in the middle of the head. Anyone with information to report at any nearest Police Station,” reads the statement.
