TANAKA Sakadzo (25), who came to Harare in search of employment from Masvingo, has been missing since February 12.

He was last seen near Chinhoyi Street in the Central Business District.

According to Michael Kaitano, who helped Tanaka with accommodation and food for a few days, he was betrayed by relatives who promised to wait for his arrival in town, but did not show up.

“Tanaka did not have any accommodation and some colleagues and I helped the young man for four days with accommodation and food.

“A well-wisher came and took him to Greystone Park where they gave him a place to stay and helped him look for a job.

“Doves took Tanaka for training and all seemed well until the well-wisher, who stayed with him in Greystone Park, called and asked if he was with me as he had not returned home.

“My colleagues told me they had last seen him close to Chinhoyi Street on February 12. He has not been seen since,” said Kaitano.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Kaitano on 077 761 2793/078 079 3372 or the nearest police station.
