remanded him in custody for bail ruling.
The State opposed bail after it requested for time to verify his new address.
Kapau had since moved from a house in Glen Norah to reside in Mabvuku.
Prosecutor Tungamirai Chakurira alleged that during the period extending from May 6 to July 24 this year, Kapau opened an unregistered nurse aid training school in new Mabvuku and began collecting money from the trainees.
He would charge the students amounts ranging from US$16 to US$40 for the purchase of uniforms and shoes, which he never provided.
Kapau advised the students that he had a hospital that would employ them on completion of the courses.
Upon arrest, Kapau was found in possession of a Ministry of Health and Child Welfare authority request letter, unregistered company letters in the name Direct Medical Care and employment contract forms.
