A BUDIRIRO man yesterday told a court that his son was in the habit of peeing in the dining room whenever he is drunk.
Jasper Kambarami dragged his son, Edward Kambarami, to the Harare Civil Court, accusing him of also assaulting and insulting him, as well as destroying his property
“I want him to vacate my house because he is in the habit of insulting and assaulting me.
“I think he is on drugs because a sober man can’t urinate or relieve himself in the dining room”, said Kambarami.
He said he was taking care of Edward and his daughter, who was dumped by Edward’s wife.
“I want him to vacate my house. I can take care of my grandchild because if I don’t, he will destroy all my property due to his violent behaviour,” he said.
Edward was not in court and magistrate Sharon Mashavira ruled in Kambarami’s favour.
She ordered Edward to vacate his father’s house today, saying he is old enough to take care of himself.
