Man uses slasher to kill mother

A 32-YEAR-OLD man from Sandton Park, Harare, has been taken into custody for allegedly committing a heinous act of violence, brutally slashing his own mother’s head.

A family’s darkest hour unfolded on 8 February 2025, when Michael Mandigo, allegedly committed an unthinkable act of violence, striking his own mother, Jenia Mandigo (53) on the head with a slasher.

In a statement on X, the police said, “The victim was found dead with multiple wounds on the head.”
