Management styles in BBA

Vina and Lomwe were appointed Radio station managers and hit the ground running as they already had experience behind the microphone.
They were very hands-on in terms of pointing fellow housemates in the right direction on the do’s and dont’s of Radio.

Millicent as TV station manager took over, shortly after the 12 hours allocated to Radio were up, and rallied her troops around the lounge with a marker and paper to plan the structure of the shows they would present on Amped TV throughout yesterday.

The crystal ball is quite unclear in terms of what the forecast for the Amped TV performance would be, even though Millicent comes with a bit of TV experience as an actress.
Accomplished actor and acting coach Luclay refused to be in charge of the activities behind the camera.

Of all the Radio hosts, Karen appeared to be one Housemate that struggled most to get the gist of Radio presenting.
She did say to Big Brother, during one of her Chat sessions, that she feels she is participating in a Task that requires talents that are not her strengths. She hosted a show called the He Hour and focused on all matters concerning men.
Wendall had a show he co-hosted with Luclay and on it they had all colourful characters as guests, like son of an American billionaire famous for his role in adult entertainment.

Luclay and Hanni had the most entertaining show thus far, where they interviewed Vimbai and had her talk about her most memorable moments in the Big Brother House.
Kim, Millicent and Sharon O were rather lukewarm in their performances behind the microphone.

There is, however, still more time for the rest of the Housemates to make an impression on the viewers and most importantly Big Brother in their quest to win the 100 percent wager. – M-Net.
