David Mandigora has become the latest PSL coach, to lose his job this off-season, after Triangle opted not to renew his contract, which ends at the end of this month following a disappointing season.
With former Chapungu coach John Nyikadzino and ex-Harare City mentor Moses Chunga, being the other casualties, Triangle will also not be entering into a new deal with Mandigora.
Mandigora joined Triangle at the beginning of the season replacing Zambian mentor Kelvin Kaindu who is now at How Mine.
As Triangle struggled in a season in which they finished 11th on the PSL log, Mandigora was always a speculation of departure but he went on to finish the term.
The former Dynamos coach admitted that he did not satisfy his bosses and is ready to move on.
a�?Unfortunately things did not go according to what we had set out to achieve. I understand the cluba��s position and it is time for me to move on,a�? Mandigora said.
a�?I had a good working relationship with my bosses but, I now have to go. I believe they are a team that can go on and achieve great things. I wish them all the best and I will miss them.a�?
Mandigoraa��s major achievements as a coach, are winning the league title with Dynamos in 2007, as well as reaching the Caf Champions League semi-finals with the same club the following season. – supersport
