SHARING the stage with Alick Macheso is every local artist’s wish.
Diana “Mangwenya” Samkange will have that opportunity at a family show on Sunday at Steak House in Waterfalls.
“I can’t wait to share the stage with our father figure in showbiz,” said Mangwenya.
“I always look up to Baba Sharo as our father figure in showbiz.
“He has done quite a lot for the industry and we will always cherish what he has done for us.
“I am ready for the Sunday family show where we urge people to show up in numbers.”
Macheso’s publicist, Tich Makahamadze, has always insisted that his boss is passionate about collaborating with other artists.
“We have always done collaborations with other artists that have also made us learn something from them.
“As a band, we believe in exchanging notes with artists in other genres,” he said.
