AFTER teaching Agama FC that social media skits do not win a football match, Mutare Castle Lager Premiership side, Manica Diamonds entertain FC Hunters at Sakubva Stadium today in a rescheduled midweek fixture.
The match starts at 3pm.
Following the withdrawal of Africa Mineral Ventures from Manica Diamonds and subsequent partnership with Agama FC, fans aligned to AMV are clogging Mutare football social media platforms with skits that are aimed at luring more fans to Agama FC.
However, that did not add value to events on the field of play as Agama FC were handed a 1-3 defeat by a determined Manica Diamonds at Sakubva Stadium last Saturday.
Today, Manica Diamonds will be hoping for a continuation of their fine form when they clash against FC Hunters in a potentially exciting encounter that both teams want to collect maximum points and stir themselves off the relegation zone.
