Manondo set for Zambia move

THE race to sign CAPS United hitman, William Manondo, is now down to two Zambian top-flight league teams.

Nkana and Zanaco are reportedly in a heated contest to land the reigning Castle Lager Premiership Golden Boot winner.

His camp told H-Metro that they are just watching the space.

“What we can only confirm at this point is that talks with Nkana and Zanaco have reached an advanced stage,” said one of his handlers.

“We are still negotiating with these two clubs, as they have shown keen interest to get him on board. But we are considering many factors to get what is best for the player.”

Nkana look favourites to land Manondo.

Should the move materialise, Manondo will become the only player on the Castle Lager Soccer Stars’ list to sign for a foreign team.
