NORMAN Mapeza wants his champions to be ruthless when they take on WhaWha in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Ascot this weekend.
The championship-winning coach was not happy with the way his men blew away chances against Manica Diamonds in their last match.
“We had massive opportunities in our last match, and could have got three or four goals at the end of the day.
“I’m happy with our fighting spirit. “Football is all about perseverance, you don’t give up.
“It’s not over until it’s over.
“If it’s 1-0 then it’s about game management, but if it’s 0-0, it’s about perseverance, a never-say-die attitude,” said Mapeza.
He said WhaWha have been good at home, collecting points off Chicken Inn and Highlanders.
“It’s not going to be easy for us, but we have to go with the same mentality, same hunger and desire to get a good result.
“In terms of injuries, Innocent Mucheneka is still out and there are others we are still monitoring.”
