SUNGURA musician, Mark Ngwazi, on Wednesday night introduced his new song about David and Goliath on stage.
He was performing at the anti-sanctions gala.
“Dai dombo raDavid rakapotsa Goliath, chokwadi kwairohwa munhu,” said Ngwazi.
“This is one of my latest songs to be released this week.”
He went on to please the crowd with other songs, including Nyaradzo Yababa Ngaiitwe Katatu.
The Dotito community sweated the whole night until dawn as most of the artists gave spirited performances.
They all preached the message of anti-sanctions and anti-drugs and substance abuse. Mukanya Express, Iyasa, Gift Yobe, Chantel Sithole, Clement Magwaza, Guruve Marimba Arts Ensemble, Chief Hwenje, Bryn Mteki, Simon Mutambi, Sulumani Chimbetu, Romeo Gasa, Dorcas Moyo, Sandra Ndebele, Jah Master and Jah Signal also performed at the show.
Andy Muridzo closed the show.
It was opened by the Chindunduma High 2 School Choir.
