Mash East ready for Zanu PF conference

Mashonaland East is now ready to attend the national conference which is set to be held in Bulawayo this month, Mashonaland East provincial party chairperson Cde Daniel Garwe has said.

In an interview with The Herald on the sidelines of the accreditation process at the revolutionary party’s Mashonaland East provincial offices in Marondera on Sunday, Cde Garwe said they had done all the preparations.

“As you can see a lot of people gathered here and they are excited,” he said.

“The accreditation is going on smoothly. In terms of our target, as a province we are 100 percent ready, we have even surpassed the target we were given.

“Even in terms of moblisation of other resources, we are also 100 percent ready. We have enough fuel and transport to ferry our people. In short, its all systems go, we are geared to travel.

“As a province we are ready to join other provinces in Bulawayo for the event. We will be there.”

ZANU PF holds its national conference annually on a rotational basis which affords all provinces a chance to host it.
