Zanu PF Youth leaders from Masvingo’s seven administrative districts have received motorbikes from President Mnangagwa in a move that is expected to add impetus to mobilisation of new party members and make sure the revolutionary party remains the party of choice in the province.

Ruling party youth leaders from Masvingo, Gutu, Bikita, Zaka, Chiredzi, Chivi and Mwenezi were handed the Presidential motorbikes by the party’s provincial chair Cde Robson Mavhenyengwa.
The handover was done at the provincial party offices in the ancient city.

Speaking during the handover, Cde Mavhenyengwa thanked President Mnangagwa for the donation saying the motorbikes will help make sure challenges affecting young people in the province were brought to the fore.

”These motorbikes were donated by the President when he came here (Masvingo City) and launched the Munhumutapa National Youth Housing Project and they will be very handy in the mobility of youth leaders as they traverse the length and breadth of our province while mobilising new members,” he said.

” The motorbikes are also important because they will help youth leaders have an appreciation of challenges affecting our young.”

Cde Mavhenyengwa said the donation by President Mnangagwa showed he is a leader rooted in the people and is walking the talk on his mantra of ”leaving no one and no place behind”.

”That is why we are saying as Zanu PF Masvingo province we want President Mnangagwa to rule this country until 2030 so that he sees through his vision of a prosperous and middle income society in Zimbabwe,” added Cde Mavhenyengwa
