Matabeleland region will not have electricity on Thursday

THE Zimbabwe Electricity and Distribution Company (ZETDC) today notified of the scheduled maintenance activities in the Western Region of Matebebeleland, slated for May 23, 2024.

This notice which serves to ensure smooth coordination and minimal disruption during the maintenance period, was communicated through the official X page for ZESA today.

The places which will be under maintenance are, ZESA Offices in Filabusi, Mswela BC, Mthwakazi Township, Filabusi Low Density Hospital, Zinwa, Bekezela Township & BC, Amazon Mines, Stanton Area Mines, GSU, Amazon Clinic, Progress Mine, Tk Mines, Flora Mine, Avalon Mines, Lion West Mine, Wanezi BICC, Binyapi Mine, Skuta BC, Gwatemba, Filabusi B, Mahole, Tshazi Schools, Singwango Schools, Silalatshani BC, Mcondo BC, Avoca BC, Avoca Schools, Sidzibe School, Vokola BC, Nkwabene Schools, Siwazi Schools, Mbaulo Schools, Mbembesi Schools, Mbondweni BC & Villages, Sanale BC, Mazeya Primary, lufuse Primary, Lubuze Schools, Kent Mine, Killerney Villages, Fred Mine, Nkankezi BC & Villages, Bangalore Ranch, Sukasihambe Primary and the surrounding areas.

The customers were advised to treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power may be restored without notice.
