IN Saturday’s issue of Chronicle, we erroneously referred to the doctor who operated on Samantha Shingirai as Dr Alimon Maphosa in a story entitled NEW MUM DEATH, Mpilo doctor admits negligence. It has since come to our attention that the correct name of the medical practitioner who operated on the late Shingirai and testified in the ongoing inquest over her death is Dr Patson Maphosa. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences that may have been caused to Dr Alimon Maphosa by the said error. — Editor
