promotion was run by Spar retail chain and Premier Auto Services.
Matyukira, a mother of three, beat other more than 20 000 contenders after spending only US$22 at Joina City Spar.
She won the car at the Grand Hoza Summer Draw which took place at Athienitis SPAR in Harare. The Freelander 2 vehicle is valued at more than US$80 000.
“It’s amazing that God has given me this car when I least expected it,” said Emeline who resides at Manyame Airbase.
She said that the new vehicle would transform her lifestyle as she was used to driving a smaller vehicle.
“I want to urge other shoppers to go shop at Spar, I am more than the word happy itself,” she said.
Spar’s advertising assistant Ms Karen Dhliwayo said the endeavor of the promotion was to give back to the community.
“We had more than 40 partners as part of the promotion and the whole issue was purely because we realised that we needed to give back to our customers.
“We promise that next year’s competition will be even bigger and better,” she said.
Mr Farai Matsika director at Premier Auto Sales said the promotion was a result of strong relations between his company and Spar.
“We realised that Spar was a premium brand and as a premium car dealership of state of the art cars we felt it was ideal to contribute to this promotion.
